I would like to know what to do when a coach refuses to comply with a jewelry rule and also not turning in a proper line up. I was treading lightly on this due to a situation I was involved with before. I don’t want this race card brought up again. I think this coach does this and she gets away with it because of it. Who will back us up on a situation like this?
