Check your email for your personal statement and payment options for the 2021 Chapter Dues. (If you DID NOT receive this email . . . PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAILBOX)

There are now three different ways to make your payment.

Standard dues for 2021 are $40. Some members were credited for previous insurance payments, etc.

Chapter Dues are payable not later than March 14th. After that date a $10 late fee will be incurred.

Any questions on the amount that you were invoiced should be directed to Kim Guseman – Treasurer.

This is a reminder that PIAA dues are due. Login to the PIAA website to view payment options.

March 1st – March 31st – Late fee added
April 1st – June 30th – Reinstatement fee added
July 1st – Official is suspended

Mary Carretta, beloved wife of Chapter Member Frank Carretta, passed away on Tuesday, January, 5th. The chapter would like to offer our sincere condolences to Frank and his family at this very difficult time.

It is with a profound sense of sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of Mary Myron, beloved wife of fellow chapter member Stephen Dobrosielski. Please keep Steve and his family in your prayers at this very difficult time. Here is a link to her obituary.

Golden Triangle Volleyball Chapter Officials were well represented for the 2020 WPIAL and PIAA playoffs and finals. Congratulations to all the officials who were assigned to work the matches. Special congrats goes out to Kris Ruppert and John Howell who have been chosen to officiate AA State Final this Saturday! Much Success to both of you. All the PIAA finals will be broadcasted on the PA channel either Saturday or Sunday. Check your local listing.

The 59th Annual Old Timer’s Memorial Service to honor deceased sports officials, coaches, players and personalities will again be held at St. Simon & Jude Church, located at 1607 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220, on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at 9:00 am.

It is with a heavy heart that I am letting you know that Kevin Walters passed away yesterday, November 6, 2020 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Kevin was the present coach at Bishop Canevin, although he was unable to attend any of the matches this season. He also coached at North Catholic when it was on Troy hill. I don’t have any of the details for his funeral, but when I get it, I will pass it along. I do know that there is a Gofund me page on Facebook to help with medical expenses. Bishop Canevin is playing today for another WPIAL title…I’m sure Kevin will be looking down on his girls.
